Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Duck Creek Policy Developer in the P&C insurance domain.
Strong understanding of Duck Creek Platform, including Policy, Rating, Billing, and Claims modules.
Proficiency in Duck Creek rule writing language and configuration tools.
Experience in integrating Duck Creek with other systems, such as core systems and rating engines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Duck Creek Configuration Studio and Integration Studio.
Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies.
Understanding of insurance industry standards and regulations.
Certification in Duck Creek Platform.

Write and test Duck Creek rules to automate underwriting decisions, pricing calculations, and policy generation.
Optimize rule performance and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve rule-related issues.
System Integration:
Integrate Duck Creek with other systems, such as core systems, rating engines, and billing systems.
Design and develop data mappings and interfaces to ensure seamless data flow.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges.
Staying Updated:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Duck Creek releases, features, and best practices.
Continuously learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
