Responsibilities
4-5 years of experience in manual and functional testing with a focus on the P&C insurance domain.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, with experience in Agile teams.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and systems.
Proficient in test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working know-how/experience in Property & Casualty insurance value chain with exposure in one or more areas (underwriting) including forms, rating, transactional workflow etc.
Past experience in US P&C insurance domain is good to have
Requirements
Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and execute manual and functional test cases for P&C insurance applications.
Analyze user stories and requirements to create detailed test cases covering functional aspects of policy, claims, underwriting, and billing processes.
Identify and report defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and retest as needed.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), providing valuable insights on testing progress and blockers.
Work with senior QAs to ensure consistency in test processes and standards across projects, contributing to a robust quality culture.
