Responsibilities
2-3 years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the P&C insurance domain.
Basic understanding of Agile principles and methodology.
Knowledge of P&C insurance workflows is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Past experience in US P&C insurance domain is good to have
Requirements
Execute manual and functional test cases for various P&C insurance modules, including policy, claims, underwriting, and billing.
Assist in preparing test cases based on business requirements and user stories, following guidance from senior team members.
Log and track defects accurately, collaborating with developers for timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, gaining an understanding of Agile principles and contributing to team discussions.
Document test results, report any identified issues, and support regression testing.
